Client Responsibilities

This section explains what the client must provide or maintain to ensure Twilight Tidy can perform services safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
These responsibilities protect both the client and the cleaning staff and help guarantee consistent, high‑quality results.
 
Client should:

Provide accurate access instructions, including door codes, keys, and alarm details.


Ensure the facility is safe and accessible for cleaning staff.


Secure all valuables or sensitive material or clearly mark confidential, sensitive or off-limits materials, and sensitive, confidential, or off-limits areas prior to service.


Supply any consumables that were requested to be restocked, such as paper goods, soap. 


Maintain functioning basic utilities (electricity and water) during service hours.


Disclose any known hazards or building issues, including leaks, electrical problems, pest activity, structural concerns, or unsafe conditions.


Remove pets and occupants from the cleaning area unless prior approval is given.


Ban Entry to all non-Twilight Tidy employees when any fogging service is used until Twilight Tidy approves re-entry. 


Notify Twilight Tidy of any hazardous waste; biohazards are not handled unless contracted separately.


Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.


Understand that failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a full or partial service charge.


Maintain an active payment method on file for recurring services.


Report any service concerns within 24 hours of completion; please call 225-541-1684.


Complete a walkthrough for facilities requiring one before booking.

 
 
Understand that failure to meet these responsibilities may result in skipped tasks, loss of deposit or additional fees, or rescheduling at the contractor’s discretion.
