Window Cleaning —
Inside(any story) and Outside(first story only)

Streak‑free cleaning of any‑story interior and first exterior windows, including frames and ledges.

Price:
$6–$10 per window depending size:
Windows smaller than 4' in both directions 6$
Windows larger than 4' in either direction- 8$
Large Picture or Bay windows, or glass doors: $10

 

Carpet Deep Cleaning

Commercial hot‑water extraction to remove embedded dirt, stains, and odors

Price:
$2.75 per sq ft.
minimum of 55sq ft/$150

Upholstery Cleaning (Per Item, and depending on dirt level)

Professional cleaning for office furniture to remove stains, odors, and daily‑use buildup.

Price per item:

• Office Chairs: $25 each

• Armchairs: $40 each

• Small Sofas/Loveseats: $75

• Large Sofas: $90                                                             

• Oversized Sofas, Larger upholstered items:  $120.00
   

Rug Cleaning (By Size)

Deep cleaning for area rugs of all sizes, removing dirt and stains.
Priced by item size:

• Small Rugs (2'×3' to 3'×5'): $25

• Medium Rugs (5'×7' to 6'×9'): $60

• Large Rugs (8'×10' to 9'×12'): $80–$150

• Oversized Rugs (12'+ in any direction): $150-$200

High‑Dusting
Dusting of elevated surfaces such as vents, beams, ledges, and ceiling fixtures like chandeliers and fans.
Price:

• Flat Rate of $95 per job for one story standalone office buildings.

• Large Facilities: $0.20 per sq ft
  Minimum of $95.00
   

Floor Waxing / Buffing
Professional floor care including machine stripping old wax, applying new finish, or buffing for a polished shine.
Price:

Strip, Wax, and Buff: $1.35 per sq ft.
Strip and Wax Only: $1.00 per sq ft.
Minimum of 400 sq ft.
 

Post‑Event Cleanup
Full cleanup after events, including trash removal, floor care, and restoring the space to pre‑event condition.

Price:
$150 and up, based on the size of the event venue. 
0-1000 sq ft: $150.00
1001-3000 sq ft: $250.00
3001+ sq ft- typically around 400.00, larger venues require a walkthrough.
 

Post‑Construction / Move‑In Ready Cleanup

Detailed cleaning to remove construction dust, debris, and residue, preparing the space for safe occupancy
Price:
$0.45 per sq ft
minimum of 500 sq ft. or $225.00

Exterior Entryway / Walkway / Breezeway Cleaning

Cleaning of exterior entry points including walkways, breezeways, door thresholds, and building approaches.
Walkways and Breezeways will be blown off, cobwebs knocked down, and litter will be collected. 
*We do not remove wasps or bird nests. 
Price:
$0.25 per sq ft.
Minimum of 400 sq ft, or 100$.   


Appliance Cleaning (Breakrooms & Kitchens)

Detail cleaning of common‑area appliances including microwaves, refrigerators, coffee machines, toasters, and shared kitchen equipment. Removes grease, spills, fingerprints, and food residue, and prevent pests.
Prices:

• Microwave, Coffee Machine, Toaster, oven/stove exterior, vending machine exterior, fridge/freezer exterior and other small appliances/ larger appliance exteriors: $8 each

• Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, (Exterior and Interior): $25

• Minifridges, Soda machines (not lines), Water coolers: $15

• Fridge and Freezer (interior and exterior): $45

• Full Breakroom Appliance Package (restaurant/service kitchens are excluded from this package, and it covers exteriors of larger appliances only.): $36 
   

Electronics Cleaning (Air Duster + electronics wipes)
Gentle cleaning of office electronics including monitors, screens, keyboards, mice, headsets, and desk tech. Includes dust removal, smudge cleaning, and delicate sanitization of high‑touch components.
Prices:

• Monitors/Screens, Keyboards, Headsets, Mice and other small electronics: $4

• Smartboards, PC Towers, and laptops & larger electronics: $8.00
  Workstation Cleaning Package: $20 (including desk and work area).
  Cord Management: $20 per workstation
