Hazardous Materials & Conditions Policy
Â
This page explains how Twilight Tidy handles hazardous materials and unsafe conditions at client sites. It outlines what we can and cannot safely manage, when service may be paused or refused, and what clients are responsible for disclosing so our team can work safely and keep your space compliant.
Biological Waste
- Twilight Tidy provides basic biological waste handling for high‑demand facilities.
- Twilight Tidy does not handle regulated medical waste (sharps, blood‑soaked materials, pathological waste).
- Uncontained biological waste may result in service pause or refusal.
Hazardous Conditions

- The client must resolve hazardous conditions before service can resume by calling 225-541-1684.
- Additional fees may apply if hazards cause delays or cancellations.
Pest Infestation
- If evidence of infestation is discovered, cleaning may be halted.
- Twilight Tidy does not perform pest removal or remediation.
- Services resume only after professional treatment.
Client Duty to Disclose
- Clients must disclose known hazards such as leaks, electrical issues, unstable flooring, or malfunctioning equipment to 225-541-1684.
- Twilight Tidy is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed conditions.
Unsafe Task Refusal
